About payments.

 

All prices are shown in GBP Pounds Sterling and exclusive of VAT @ 17.5%

We charge an administration fee for monthly payments.
Payments must be made in GBP Pounds Sterling.

 

Please understand that we provide you with our services, non payment will result in suspension or termination of all services.

 

 

About refunds.

 

That depends on the service(s) you have applied for or are using.

 

- We can't refund any Domain name registration (1)

- We can't refund SSL Certificates, but you can transfer it out (2)

- We can't refund IP numbers (3)

- We can't refund any of our monthly hosting plans if being used.


- We refund yearly hosting plans but you need to cancel confirm our Terms and Conditions. Please read the section 10. Cancellation.

  1. Domain name registrations are non-refundable.
  2. SSL certificates are issued by other company and non-refundable, but you can transfer the SSL certificate to your new hosting company.
  3. IP numbers are bound to our IP subnet and can't be transferred away.

About cancellation.

 

10.3 Subject to clause 10.1 no cancellation or suspension of the Services shall be valid or binding unless You provide the Company with one months notice in writing.

We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
